Submission fee for regular listings

Since today the Web Proxy Directory is not a free directory anymore. We charge for any future regular submission $6.95 and for featured submissions $14.95. We noticed that a lot of submitted proxies are submitted to make some fast money and after a while the proxies are offline because they are sold or because of hosting problems. Our main target is to provide quality listings and we hope that this way more quality get into our directory. All listed free submissions will stay in the directory if they are still online (we will test theme shortly). All paid listings are permanent listings, we reserve us the right to remove offline websites without warnings (check our submission guidelines).
